Service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all materials provided during the service. Prices are subject to change with notice for future cohorts but remain fixed for confirmed enrollments.

5.3 Payment Terms

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund structure:

• • Full refund minus RM 150 administrative fee if cancelled before the first session
• • Prorated refund based on remaining sessions after the first session
• • No refund for cancellations after 50% of sessions are completed
• • Refunds processed within 14 business days of approved request

6. User Responsibilities

As a participant in our services, you agree to:

• • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• • Respect confidentiality of other participants' information
• • Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants
• • Complete pre-session assignments or readings as requested
• • Provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling individual consultations
• • Not record, photograph, or share proprietary materials without permission
• • Use materials solely for personal educational purposes

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, workbooks, frameworks, and resources provided through our services are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of canoopyfiinas.
